 Electric cars have gone to the main stream. Legacy producers have become popular with Tesla’s dominance and introduce their electric models. As a result, all cars like Chevy Bolt and Nissan Leaf compare to comparable models of internal combustion. What is the range? How fast does it take? How fast do you pay? But in the world there are also smaller and slower electric vehicles, especially local transportation within cities and suburban societies.
 Golf carts and similar vehicles are very popular in some parts of the city. In Peachtree, Georgia, for example, is a very popular low-speed vehicle that has built 100-mile infrastructure around the community in particular.
 Since various governments created conflicting rules for their administration, in 1998 the US Department of Transportation created a special federal classification for low-speed vehicles that are legal for use on the roads. These vehicles are limited to a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour, a maximum weight of 3000 lbs, and may not be driven on roads with a speed limit of 30 to 45 miles per hour, depending on the state of the individual.
 Although federally-owned vehicles do not require an electric motor, people often refer to electric versions as neighborhood electric vehicles. You may not talk about them, but they are here. Currently, most electric vehicles in the United States are not cars, but NEV. Some of them are slightly smaller than electric golf carts. A number of owners have even added elemental climate protection, such as plastic windows and vinyl doors, to keep their drivers in less favorable conditions.
